At 5XX, we strive to provide high-quality website design and programming services. However, since our services are delivered digitally and tailored to each client, our refund and return policy is structured accordingly.
1. Refunds
- Custom Services: Once a project has started (including design, development, or any other service), refunds are not provided.
- Payment Issues: If there is an error with billing, please contact us within 7 days, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
- Non-Completion: If we fail to deliver the service as agreed within the specified timeline (unless there are extenuating circumstances), you may request a partial refund based on the work completed.
- Issue on Our End or Failure to Meet Your Requirements: If the issue arises due to our mistake or if the website design does not meet your specified requirements, we will refund the full amount paid.
2. Returns
- Since our services are intangible and custom-designed for each client, they cannot be returned.
- If you are not satisfied with the final product, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the completed service. We will work with you to resolve any issues or make revisions within the scope of the original agreement.
3. Revision Policy
- We offer a specified number of revisions based on the initial agreement. Any additional revisions may incur extra charges.
4. Cancellation
- Clients may cancel the project before work begins or during the planning phase without incurring additional charges. Once work has started, cancellation is subject to the terms of our refund policy.
